(A).Application requirements: Inmates who need to return home for a visit because a grandparent, parent, spouse’s parent, spouse, or sibling has died.

(B).Required documents:

1. Application form (the applicant should provide a written application).

2. Guarantee (1 guarantor to come in person with identification documents and personal seal).

3. 2 originals of the death certificate.

4. 2 Household Certificate Transcripts (If the deceased and inmate serving prison sentence is not on the same household certificate, 2 transcripts should be provided each) that can prove the relationship between the deceased and the inmate.

5. Agreement to pay the car fee.

6. Obituary.

1. Apply to the general administration division name register section with the required documents and one guarantor.

2. Juvenile inmates (includes rehabilitation juvenile inmates): Family or friends should apply to the original investigation, trial, or sentencing court or prosecutor and provide the required documents.
