ANS:

1.Reception and correspondence for people receiving rehabilitation treatment:

(1).Visitors: People receiving rehabilitation treatment may receive and correspond with lineal relatives by blood, collateral blood relatives within the third degree of kinship, and relatives by marriage within the second degree. However, after entering the counseling period, those that are beneficial to rehabilitation effects will be allowed additional visits if applied for.

(2).Frequency: Once a week, but those that interfere with rehabilitation will be restricted.

 

2.Reception and correspondence for inmates serving prison sentence:

(1).Visitors: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level inmates serving prison sentence may receive and correspond with immediate family and relatives; 4th level and unranked inmates serving prison sentence may receive and correspond with lineal relatives by blood, collateral blood relatives within the third degree of kinship, and relatives by marriage within the second degree.

(2).Frequency: Once a day for 1st level inmates, once every 3 days for 2nd level inmates, once every 5 days for 3rd level inmates, once a week for 4th level and unranked inmates.

3.Reception and correspondence for juvenile inmates:

(1).Visitors: Reception and correspondence is allowed for lineal relatives by blood, collateral blood relatives within the third degree of kinship, and relative by marriage within the second degree.

(2).Frequency: Once a day.

4.Reception and correspondence for rehabilitation juvenile inmates:

(1).Visitors: Reception and correspondence is allowed for lineal relatives by blood and spouse.

(2).Frequency: Once a week.
